Job Description -Execute and Supervise the effective implementation of the Maintenance Request System -Implement departmental standard operating procedures to improve the process &performance
-Ensure proper presentation of the department, products & services to meet company set standards.
-Contribute to guest satisfaction standards by ensuring that technical support services quickly address, and where possible, anticipate, individual needs.
-Carry out Daily inspections of plant and equipment. -Carry out general room inspections and preventative maintenance inspections including the scheduling of all these works.
-Control and supervise the Fire Protection Preventative Maintenance Program. -Ensure proper records are kept relating to all plant and equipment within the Hotel. -Carry out all emergency repairs to all technical equipment.
