Front Office - Duty Manager | India

Job Description 
1. Responsible for Front Office Operation. 
2. To handle guest and employee inquiries in a courteous and efficient manner and report guest complaints or problems to senior management if no immediate solution can be found and assure follow up with guests. 
3. Analyze, investigate, and resolve guest complaints. 
4. Monitor and determine demand periods for rooms through an analysis of historical data and current bookings.
