-Planning and Organising various F&B Activities as per SOP's;
-Sales Promotions through food festivals, restaurant promotions and special celebrations.
-Monitor and Control of F& B Operation in Restaurant and F&B -Outlets in terms of cost,wastages/pilferages.
-Manage the operational budget on day to day basis to achieve sales target.
-Coordination with departments and Upgradation of skills through continuous training.
Salary:
INR 1,75,000 - 2,25,000 P.A.
